Construction technology of BD7031 alumina plant slurry pump abrasion wear resistant repair epoxy coatings:
1.Clean up and polish pending-repair workpiece on the needing-repair part
(First clean up the residual impurity on the pump part,then do the sand blasting treatment on the maintenance area,
if it doesn't have the sand blasting condition,can polish it with angle grinder,clean it by cleaning agent and dry it by airing).
2.Configure the BD426T special undercoat and brush coating on the pending-repair part.
(When the temperature is low,can preheat the prime coat and metal substrates first,then brush a shin layer of prime coat coating
on the substrate).
3.Configure BD7031 alumina plant slurry pump repair epoxy super abrasion wear resistant coating and make it be coating on the
pending-repair part,knock on it to be compacted with rubber hammer,then trim the surface with special rounding tools,
make the surface be flat and smooth.
4.Curing for 24 hours,when the temperature is low,should take heating measures to promote the curing.

21Kg BD7031 super anti abrasion wear resistant epoxy alumina factory slurry pump protective coatings,
0.5Kg BD426T special undercoat.
