Product usage of our BD7021 slurry pump anti heat impact resistant brush applied epoxy compound paste coating:
BD7021 heavy medium slurry pump anti wear heat resistant paste epoxy coating is the high performance wear&corrosion resistant material compounded by high performance wear resistant material and modified toughening wear resistant resin. Widely used in the repairing and pre-protecting of the erosive wear slurry pump,centrifuge,swirler,chute,classifier,jet flow machine,flotation machine,grit mouth,slurry blender,feed delivery pipe,elbow etc. under 25mm heavy medium

How to use of our BD7021 anti corrosion abrasion resistant slurry pump protection paste epoxy coatings compound:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.The surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.Then make 7021 special undercoat mix uniformly according to 2:1 and blade coating on metal substrate surface,in guarantee under the premise of no shortage adhesive,the adhesive layer is the thinner the better.Then wait for undercoat initial curing

2.Preparation: Make the A, B two components mix uniformly according to the weight ratio 5:1,then use it up within 40 min. Generally it’s while construction and configuration,every time the most configuration quantity is not more than 2Kg,if the temperature is too low,can heat up the A component properly to reduce the viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD7021 slurry pump anti impact heat resistant paste epoxy compound coating is 5~20mm,make the mixed-up material spread coating on the undercoat surface,the adhesive layer should be compacted.After the coating is coated on the required size,blade coating towards a single direction to make the surface be smooth,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

4.Curing condition: Cure for 8 hours at the temperature of 25 degree(after initial curing),it can full cure for heating it up to the temperature of 80-120 degree and keeping this temperature for 3 hours.If the temperature is low,should take heating measure to complete initial curing.
