construction technology process:
1. Substrates surface treatment:
Do the treatment of sand blasting,polishing or coarsening for the surface of pending-repair parts,then clean it with the special cleaning agent and dry it by airing,
to achieve the ideal bonding effect.
2. The preparation and covering with wear resistant protective coating
Make the BD706 big ceramic ball filled wear resistant coating mix uniformly according to the specified weight ratio,then blade coating on the prepared substrate surface,should make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the pending-repair part layer by laryer,and the coating should be compacted,repair the surface
to be smooth when the coating is in the suitable size.
3. Curing:
It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at room temperature 25 deg C.(if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong the curing time to
promote the curing).
