Product performance feature:
1. The curing speed of this product is slow,the pot life of this product is long
2. The adhesion of the adhesive layer is strong, the cohesive strength is high,toughness and close-grained.
3. After mixing with universal epoxy E-51,the heat resistant can reach to 250 deg C.
4. BD14 is the modified aromatic amines high temperature resistant curing agent,can be curing into common bisphenol A epoxy resin at room temperature,the heat resistant of the cured products of common bisphenol A epoxy resin after curing can reach to 250 deg C,the strength of
the cured products is high,the bonding force is good,the usage period is long.
5. The vitrification temperature point after heating up curing at 120 deg C is about 178 deg C,the carbide point is about 270 deg C.

The Typical application:
Used in high temperature potting adhesive,high temperature resistant spray coating (it will not change into yellow within 15 seconds,vacuum
infiltration (Transformer Silicon Steel Sheet etc)

How to use:
The mixing weight ratio:E-51: BD14= 100 : 25
Curing:Surface drying time: 2.5 hours (at the room temperature of 25 deg C),initial curing time: 5 hours (at room temperature of 25 deg C).

Packaging,transportation and storage:
This product can be packed in iron drum or plastic drum,the net weight of each drum is 20 Kgs or 200 Kgs.
In the process of transportation,it is strictly forbidden to open cover and package damage, pay attention to moistureproof, avoid sunshine
and rain.
This product should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse,the storage period is 12 months.
Exceed the time limit,after passing inspection,it can still be used.
