BD15 high temperature resistant epoxy resin curing agent hardener:

Product performance feature:
1. BD15 is the modified aromatic amines high temperature resistant curing agent,the activity is low at room temperature.
2. Heating up to the temperature of 80 to 120 deg C,it can be cured into four functional group resin after 2 to 4 hours.
3. The vitrification temperature point after curing can reach to 260 deg C,the hardness of the cured product is very high.

The Typical application:
Used in high temperature potting adhesive,high temperature resistant spray coating (it will not change into yellow within 15 seconds,vacuum
infiltration (Transformer Silicon Steel Sheet etc)

How to use:
The mixing weight ratio:E-51: BD15= 100 : 25
Curing:Surface drying time: 2.5 hours (at the room temperature of 25 deg C),initial curing time: 5 hours (at room temperature of 25 deg C).

Packaging,transportation and storage:
1.This product can be packed in iron drum or plastic drum,the net weight of each drum is 20 Kgs or 200 Kgs.
2.In the process of transportation,it is strictly forbidden to open cover and package damage, pay attention to moistureproof, avoid sunshine
and rain.
3.This product should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse,the storage period is 12 months.
4.Exceed the time limit,after passing inspection,it can still be used.
