BD707K2 fast curing small ceramic particle filled wear resistant coating is the high performance abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant polymerization ceramic materials which compounded by high performance wear resistant ceramic particles and modified toughening heat resistant resin.It’s widely used in repairing of various wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant,corrosion resistant coatings on the surface of various machine parts which have abrasion resistant,corrosion resistant requirements.

Performance features:
1.With high bonding strength to various metal substrates
2.don’t flow,good form-ability,used for emergency maintenance of abrasion workpiece,the basic curing time ( more than 90% has already cured) is about 1 hour at ambient temperature of 20 deg C,it can be put into using for light load operation within 2 or 3 hours.
3.Suitable for the repairing and protecting of various abrasion or corrosion working conditions.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the roughening treatment on the pending-repair surface,polishing with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on,the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

2.Preparation:According to the mixing weight ratio A:B=2:1,make A and B two components of BD707K2 coating mix uniformly,and use it up within 20 minutes.Generally it is while construction and preparation.Every time the largest preparation quantity should be not more than 1 Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration can be appropriately a little more in winter,proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,you can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.

3.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD707K2 coating is about 3 to 15mm,the largest thickness can be 30mm.Make the mixed prepared materials be coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer,the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating is coated in the suitable size.If the surface has high requirements,you can use BD426 corrosion resistant repair agent to be coating on the surface as the topcoat,this material can’t do machining,so you should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

Curing: It can be put into using after curing for 2 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,(If you can heat it up to the temperature of 60 to 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,in this way,it can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 10 degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General construction in winter,you can use iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.

Packaging specification;
10 Kgs/group(set),packed in a plastic drum. Two components,A component: 6.7Kg/drum, B component: 3.3Kg/drum.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months. Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.

Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition
2.When the environment temperature is below 15℃,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure
3.When the environment temperature is more than 25℃ or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
