Product description:
Two components,room temperature curing,abrasion wear resistant,has good thermal conductivity,the highest temperature resistant can
reach to 1400 degree,used in the abrasion protecting of boiler water cooled furnace wall and other high temperature scouring equipment.
 
Performance features:
1.BD765 boiler water cooled furnace wall spray applied wear resistant coating material is based on the R & D and production experience in
terms of inorganic high temperature resistant adhesive from Xiangyang City Hundred Shield Coating Material Co.,Ltd for many years,breakout
the temperature limit of organic coating and develop out high temperature wear resistant coating.
 
2.With excellent performance of abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant,with higher bonding force to metal substrates,anti heat impact
resistant,the coating doesn’t fracture and falling off.
 
3.It has water resistant performance after complete curing.
 
4.It can be spray coating construction or brush coating construction.
 
5.The curing speed is slow,crystal grain size is small,doesn’t fracture.
 
6.It has good flow leveling performance.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Clean up the plastering float on the pending-construction surface with compressed air first,then do the sand blasting treatment,wipe off the surface rust and oxide skin and reveal the fresh metal substrates.

2.The preparation:Make the A and B two components mix and stir uniformly according to mixing weight ratio A:B=1:1.
(The addition of liquid materials can be increased or reduced properly based on the site conditions,in order to getting the suitable spray coating viscosity),and use it up within 40 min,generally it is while construction and preparation,every time the largest perparation quantity can not be
more than 10Kg,too much adhesive was solidified too fast,it has not been used up until the partial adhesive has already been solidified and can
not be used.According to the actual temperature,it can be preparation more properly in winter,and be preparation less properly in summer.
 
3.Spray coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD765 is about 0.5mm,the temperature is high in summer,we could finish the spray
coating at a time,when the temperature is low in winter,we should finish the spray coating at 2 times,the interval time for 2 times spray
coating should be not less than 4 hours.
 
4.Curing:Curing for 2-3 days even longer time at room temperature,when starting up,it can be put into using after curing based on heating it
up to the temperature of 180 degree with hot wind for 1 hour.
 
Packaging specifications:
Two compoennts,packed in a palstic bag for A component and plastic drum for B component, A component: 20Kg/bag, B component:20Kg/drum.
