It compounded by various high performance corrosion resistant material,glass flakes and modified toughening resin to give rise to the copolymerization,to form the interpenetrating network structure and generate the synergistic effect.In this way, it effectively improves the corrosion resistance of polymers


product usage:
It can be preparation of corrosion resistant coating on the surface of machine parts of suffering from corrosion under 200¡æ after using it together with our own composite high temperature resistant curing agent. This product doesn't contain any organic solvent,the curing product has no the micro pores,it can effectively avoid medium immersing through solvent evaporation pores and causing under-film corrosion.

How to use:
¡ö  Surface treatment:sand blast or grind for coarsening on the surface of machine parts with angle grinder,clean up the dust,greasy dirt and moisture on the substrate surface,make the surface reveal fresh substrate.
¡ö  Priming:tamping and compacting the pore,pitted surface and groove on the working face with corrosion resistant adhesive,then make BD427 high temperature corrosion resistant coating be coating on it as the undercoat.
¡ö  Flakes adhesive coating:Make  BD428 desulfurization system anticorrosion coating be coating on the undercoat surface after the undercoat initial curing,blade coating should be towards to one direction,can make the next layer be coating on after the upper layer flakes coating initial curing.
¡ö  Topcoat:Can make BD427 high temperature corrosion resistant coating be coating on it as the surface layer after the last layer flakes coating initial curing
¡ö  Curing:The preparate corrosion resistant coating should cure for 24 hours before putting into using,when the temperature is below 5¡æ,should heat it up or prolong the curing time.

Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place,the warranty period is 1 year.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
