BD4051 spray applied special anti corrosion resistant coating is the high performance wear resistant and corrosion resistant polymeric
high molecular material which compounded by the high performance epoxy resin which is added nanoscale alumina powder and modified
curing agent.It is mainly used in corrosion resistant spray coating protecting of pipeline,tanker body,trough body and marine equipment of
various suffering from corrosion.

2.The surface layer is smooth,the microorganism is difficult to adhere to
3.ultraviolet ray resistant,corrosion resistant of atmosphere and common acid and alkali.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the rust removing and roughening treatment for the pending-repair parts,
then clean it with cleaning agent.

2.Preparation:Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the specified ratio,and use it up within the specified operation
time limit.

3.Spray coating: Make the well mixed materials spray coating on the pending-repair parts,the suitable coating thickness for each layer is
0.2-0.4mm,material spray coating should be more than 2 times.

4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25-30 degree,if the temperature is low,should heat it up or
prolong curing time to promote the curing.
