BD7021 slurry pump chemical abrasion wear resistant coating is two-component high performance wear&corrosion resistant material compounded by high performance wear resistant material and
modified toughening wear resistant resin.It is widely used in repairing of various heavy medium wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant coating on the surfaces of various machine parts which have wear resistant,corrosion
resistant requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on(sand blasting will get the best result),
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,and then dry it by airing,the surface after this
treatment should be the one coarsening,clean,dry and fresh substrates.

(Make the special undercoat of BD426T wear resistant coating mix uniformly according to specified percentage,
and then brush it coating on the surface of metal substrates with hair brush,after that wait for the undercoat curing.
The adhesive layer should be the thinner the better,but should ensure the primer and metal are compacted and
covered completely, avoid appearing inter-space.)

2.Configuration: After the undercoat cured fully,make the A, B components of BD7021 slurry pump wear abrasion
chemical resistant coating mix uniformly according to specified percentage,and then use it up within 15 min.
Generally it’s while construction and configuration,every time the most allocation quantity is not more than 2Kg,
configure too much adhesive only once,the curing speed is very fast,haven’t been used up until partial adhesives have
cured and can’t be used.

3.Coating:the suitable coating thickness of BD7021 is 4~20mm,make mixed-up material flat out on the surface of undercoat,then knock it to be compacted with rubber hammer,the adhesive layers
should be coating on layer by layer,in order to avoid appearing cavity. Repair the surface to be smooth with plastic scraper
after the coating coat in the suitable size,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to
avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.

4.Curing condition: After initial curing at the room temperature, heat up to the temperature about 100 degree and
keep this temperature for 2-3 hours, cooling to the room temperature slowly.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,20Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and
transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
