and modified toughening wear resistant resin.It is widely used in repairing of various heavy duty medium wear-out parts and preparation of wear resistant coating on the surfaces of various machine parts which have wear resistant,
corrosion resistant requirements.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.

(Make the 7022 special undercoat mix uniformly according to specified percentage,and then blade coating on the surface of
metal substrates,after that wait for the undercoat curing)

2.Preparation: After the undercoat fully cured, according to weight ratio A:B=5:1,make the two components of BD7022
slurry pump repair anti abrasion wear resistant coating uniform mixing,and use it up within 15 min.Generally it’s while construction
and configuration,every time the most allocation quantity is not more than 2Kg,configure too much adhesive only once,
the curing speed is very fast,haven’t been used up until partial adhesives have cured and can’t be used.

3.Coating:the suitable coating thickness of BD7022 is 2~20mm,make mixed-up material spread for coating on the surface of undercoat,compress the adhesive layers to be solid layer by layer
(can knock it to be compacted by hammer).Repair the surface to be smooth after the coating coat in the suitable size,
should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference
phenomenon in the assembly.

4.Curing condition:It will take 24 hours at room temperature for fully curing.

Packaging specification:
Two component,20Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum,A component:1.67Kg/bag X 10 bags,
B component: 3.3Kg/drum

transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
